The Winning Edge

In that realm of spirituality, that exist. There is a war between good and evil. This war is in order and in effect for us. They battle for the souls of humanity. Since mans creation and the fall of Lucifer, the battle was waged. God first crated his children (Angels). The Angels came before man. One of these Angles was Lucifer. In the original text Luc translates to light. He was the most high ranking Angel in the heavens. In Isaiah 14, verses 12 through 24 it describes what Lucifer's mind set was in Heaven. How he was a Fallen Angel. In Ezekiel 28, versus 13 through 19 it describes his creation and his power. He was a great Angel and had a great purpose. Yet he sinned in Heaven and then was cast out. He did not go quietly. He took a third of the Angels with him. Some as prisoners and some as his warriors. This war took place on earth. He and his Angels, were cast down on Earth. Hell was created for Satan and all his followers. Not man. Man would be made and given paradise. The Garden of Eden. In this creation, man had all the luxury and greatness. He was innocent and living eternally in happiness. For a former scorn child in Lucifer, he decided to get revenge and tempt man. Starting to do this in a way he knew man could not resist. Through a woman. Once man was divided away from God, the war to claim the souls was on.
Yet, through out all of history, we notice this war personally. The two sides are identical because Satan, imitates God in all aspects. God has a Church, and Satan has a Church. God has Angels. Satan has the fallen Angels known as Demons. God has profits. Satan has psychics. God has a son (Jesus Christ). Satan has his son The Anti-Christ. God has a Bible. The Holy Bible. Satan has the Satanic bible. God has Heaven, and Satan has Hell. God has the Kingdom of Heaven and Satan is the price of the Earth. So far, they are standing toe to toe, with equal parts across the board. Heaven vs. Hell and all the scriptures and forces going to war and fighting this fight. But there is one entity in this whole situation that decides the war and it's final
outcome.
With all the forces aligning evenly and the followers of these forces doing what they can for the victory. Enters one Entity that the Satanic forces have no answer for. The Holy Spirit. Once the Holy Spirit, enters in to the equation. The sides become overwhelmingly uneven. When a man is down and the demonic forces have him down and out. When the situation is dire and the darkness seems to be overwhelming. No matter what, when Satan, and his forces feel that presence. The fight is decided. Even Satan, must bow down and surrender. For all things tremble and submit. That my friends is the Winning Edge!!!

Sports!!!

In life we learn so many lessons. Some are cruel lessons. Some are great lessons. Some lessons come with a heavy cost. Financial losses, spiritual breakdowns, emotional building, and character building experiences. Some find out the truth about a persons character that they might have thought different of. It's funny how sports can also teach us these valuable lessons.
You can find out who is a great teammate. Who is loyal and will stick with you through thick and thin. Who will motivate you to excel and succeed. Who has leadership skills. Who is valiant and strong emotionally.
You also find out who is selfish, and wants all the attention. Who thinks that they are the best, but do not realize that they're success is partly due to his teammates, as well as their ability.
You find out who is a fighter by physical standards and who is the tactician by using their minds as well as physical strength. It gets discovered who is dedicated to their trade and who is a hard worker. To be the best at what they do, as well as a great teammate.
The greatest thing about sports is, no matter what race, creed, or color you are. You all work hard as a team to achieve one goal. Win!
You can find out who wants to win and who is in it just for the spirit of competition. But at all levels. Sports has no barriers. Stadiums, arenas, and venues are filled daily to watch people compete. It unify's the masses, and causes people to forget the heavy burdens that life can bring. If only for a few hours. It brings about loyalty. To your team, colors, alma mater's and athletes. You learn to win, and to loose. To have a never say die attitude. To have hope, and the mentality of trying to press forward and win. It teaches discipline and structure. How to learn from those who have been down the path you are trying to go. It has you dreaming of winning and having pride. Realizing that it takes work and a strong attitude to achieve. True life stories such as Rudy, Radio, Friday Night Lights, and Brian's Song. These stories turned into movies to help continue to provide inspiration and hope. All driven and inspired by sports.
Sports, it's a great thing. Involve your children in sports and have them learn the values that sports can provide. Life shows us many different lessons as is. Let sports teach them and you, how to deal with some. As always,
GOD BLESS!!!

Old Fashion

So much of today's generation and people in today's society are polluted. What I mean by this is simple. Everyone is full of the technical lifestyle. The new Cell phones, and apps. Desktop computers are being slowly erased and all the technology is being driven by microchips. Microfibers, and newer technical tools. Apps and smaller devices. The world is infatuated with reality shows that are not reality. They shop and are driven by money. There is nothing wrong with trying to be successful and make a great living, but money should not be the driving force. It should be the love of what you do. The world is receiving advice from Psychological people such as Dr. Phil and others. The world is growing colder and stronger in sin. The structure of America is being reformed and the economy hangs in the balance. CNN, and Fox news as well as MSNBC and all other news stations are focused on tearing each other down as well as all political groups and affiliations. When the need is to unite. But that peace and unity that will be desired will be at the end of time, when that being known as the Anti-Christ, will have the solution to poverty and war. Plus many other answers.
In the mean time people are blinded and so locked into all the wrong things. Into life that is full of infatuation, and fantasy. They are locked into drama and reality television. Crime and racial tension. Political debates, and laws. Division and deception. Lies, and trying to move up the corporate ladder, at all cost. Yet, in all that this world is into these days. Weather it be through music, or whatever the case may be. This world has forgotten the simple things. The simple things such as a waterfall. A valley full of flowers. Rivers and streams that flow and the beauty of a majestic mountain top. They have forgotten, GOD!
They even have modernized church. Shorter sermons. Donuts and coffee at the service. Chorus that is more professional than Godly. Big screens and monitors. Great sound systems and large venues. Websites to celebrate their services. But the messages are hollow. There is no more tears at the alter. No more shaking, jumping and running. There is no more transformation of souls and life altering messages. There is no more excitement and revival. It has turned into more of a show. A message that invites you back, but doesn't fill the voids in your life. It is a lack of the spirit. This modern new world is great for many things and is exciting to live in. But, the need to go back to the old fashion ways are lacking, in many ways. Especially in love, and the need for GOD!

Judgement

Once there was a woman who lived next to another woman. Their kitchen windows looked directly across to one another. This woman would look through the other woman's window and see if her kitchen and house were clean. She did this on a regular basis. One day she looked through her window and said."Wow! Her window is just a bit dirty"! Then a few days later, she went to look through her window and said. "Wow! it's even dirtier now than before!" Then a few days later she went to take a look through her window, and could not see her window. She then cleaned her window and realized, the other womans window was very clean. It was her own window that needed cleaning!
Many people like to look around and JUDGE others. They live life noticing what others faults are. How bad someone else looks. How poor or how weak someone is. They look at how another dresses. Even sadder, are the people who worry about those that are judging them. If we all look at ourselves and clean our selves. I say that in every sense of the word. Then, we can comment on others and do this freely. But Trust me! If you take the time to clean yourself from sin and from all the impurities in yourself. You will never look at others the same. You will not see their faults or race or errors. You might notice them, but you will be more understanding of why they are like that. Because when you clean yourself, you will notice that nobody is perfect, especially you!
If you are one who worries about what others think. Most likely, you don't like what you see and are uncomfortable with yourself. Because if you are confident about who you are and all that you have accomplished in yourself. You would be confident and not worry about the opinions of others about you. Realize that those who look at you and break you down. Are people who are insecure about themselves and there house is without cleaning.
It is not a sin to Judge, even God will judge us! It is a sin to do so when your house is not in order. Be blessed!!!

The Boat!

Once there was a child, who built a boat. He built it by hand. He scraped the edges by hand. He got splinters in his hands. He bled at times. He worked on this boat night and day. He finally got it the way he wanted it. "Perfect"! he said! He sanded it down and painted it. He glossed it and shined it up. He weather proofed it and had a very beautiful boat. He placed his initials on it and was done. Proud of his creation and happy with his work. Then he and his father went to the stream. He took his boat out and was letting it run in the stream. Suddenly a great strong current came rushing and took the boat away. He ran after it, but he could not catch up. He watched his work of art float away. He cried!!! His father tried to console him. He told his son, "We can build another one." The son replied, "I want the one I built. I bled, I suffered to make that boat be perfect, and it is gone!"
The father said, we will get you another boat. The one you had is gone. A few weeks passed and the father took the son to a store. In that store there were many boats, toys, and things boys would love. Then the boy yelled out, I found you, I found you! The father and the store owner ran over and the boy was looking at the boat he made in a glass case. The father explained to the owner about the boat. The store owner told him, someone sold it to him and it was for sale. The father bought the boat back and gave it to his son. The son wiped the boat clean. He re-glossed it and shinned it up again. It was finally home.
The Child is Jesus, the Boat is you. The father is God. Sometimes God makes us into what he desires for us and cleans us up. The current of the world sometimes drifts us away. We tend to get lost and dirty. God has to come and clean us once again.
God Bless!!!
